Dispositio: what is enacted by the charter
Final clauses
FINAL PROTOCOL OR ESCHATOCOL
Subscriptio: names of principal(s), witnesses and officials
Datum: date clause, stating when, where and by whom he charter was written
Marks of authentication: subscriptions, signatures, seal
